Tok keep with times, I think I'll update you with things that have been going on in my life.
Last weekend my girlfriend Kristina came up to Philly to visit me. We went and saw
Cirque Du Soleil on Sunday and visit the
Philadelphia Zoo on Monday. The zoo was a lot of fun. I took close to 500 pictures before my battery died. I will be posting some of the images here in due time.
Last Monday I released
Episode 07 of the Russell Heimlich Photocast, Long Exposures. Check it out.
I found out that I was a
Photoshop World scholarship winner so I can go to the conference for free. I still have to pay for travel, lodging, and food in Las Vegas but I'm honored to have been selected. The first day of Photoshop World is on the same day as my portfolio screening for graduation. I may go to Photoshop World late.
Yesterday I went in to
my internship @ 10am and left at 10pm. Yup, a 12 hour day. We were working on
a website and though I'm not paid at my internship I could have left whenever I wanted. I didn't want to leave the web guy alone to tackle the huge list of things that needed to be done. I know from working on my own site how much work it is when working by yourself. It was fun too... maybe I'm crazy. And if you want a good laugh, check out
the original site.
Today I slept in and it felt good and bad. Good because rest is beautiful. Bad because I have a lot of things I need to get done. I can't wait until I have no classes. These general ed classes want me to write too many papers.
To end, look for new deviations soon and check out the latest episode of
my photocast on Monday.
P.S. If you are into making movies check out
a contest held by DV Guru.
